Communications training

Communications training

Effective communication is a significant success factor in life. But it can also be one of the biggest sources of stress in relationships – both professionally and privately. The good news? Communication is a skill you can learn – like riding a bike or, why not, jumping 58 double-unders.

Tony Robbins once said that to effectively communicate, we must realise that we are all different in how we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others.

Simply said: we have to recognise and understand the differences and similarities between each other to increase the effectiveness of our communication efforts.

I train and coach people to communicate effectively and respectfully in diverse environments, giving insights into these differences and similarities. I inspire you to think, act and change. The process will expand and sharpen your communication skills, personal development and, ultimately, facilitate relationship building by developing a genuine connection.

Why would you choose to train with me?

My tailor-made training programmes are always full of positive energy. People appreciate my flexibility, sense of equality and my ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Skills I have gained through my interactions with a wide range of cultures, people and situations.

In my training approach, I use some of the following methods and/or tools:

  • Non-Violent Communication, developed by Marshall Rosenberg. A method that contributes to clear communication, preventing or solving conflicts with yourself or others, restoring contacts or relationships.
  • Feedback Profiler. This assessment tool analyses feedback preferences, providing clear starting points for a healthy feedback culture.
  • My Motivation Insights. This assessment tool analyses personal drives, providing a clear starting point for both personal development and team building.

Do you believe in the power of communication and curious to see what I can do for you? Cool! Let’s grab a (virtual) coffee!
